Privacy policy

This policy explains what we do with your information on review.ecomrolodex.com. "We" means EcomRolodex Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16830075. Registered office: see the Companies House record. Contact: team@ecomrolodex.com.

What we collect

• What you type in the form: first name, email, store link and, if you add it, your WhatsApp number.
• Quiz answers on the store score page, if you take the quiz and then send the form.
• Where you came from: the ad or link that brought you (UTM parameters and click id), the referring page, the page you used and the time.
• After you buy: payments are handled by Revolut. We receive your name, email and the amount paid. We never see your full card details.
• Anything you send us by email or WhatsApp, and the optional answers on the thank-you page.

Cookies and the Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel (by Meta Platforms, the company behind Facebook and Instagram) to see which ads work and to show ads to people who visited this site. It uses cookies and sends Meta events like "viewed the page", "saw the price", "sent the form", "started checkout" and "bought". We don't send your name or email to Meta from these pages.

We also keep a small note in your browser (local storage) with the ad you came from and the form step, so the page works if you come back.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and control ads from Meta in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.

Why we use it

• To send you the payment link and deliver the audit you asked for.
• To answer your questions and follow up about your request. You can tell us to stop anytime.
• To measure which ads and pages work, so we spend less on ads that don't.
• To keep records that UK law asks businesses to keep.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run this: Cloudflare (hosting and form storage), Google (email and the spreadsheet where we keep requests), Revolut (payments) and Meta (ad measurement, as above). We don't sell your information.

Some of these companies process data outside the UK. They use the standard legal safeguards for international transfers.

How long we keep it

If you send the form but don't buy, we keep your details for up to 24 months, then delete them. If you buy, we keep order records for as long as UK accounting rules require (usually 6 years).

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email team@ecomrolodex.com and we'll answer within one month. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
